Each sales rep has a dedicated marketing consultant that will customize marketing material with your name, trades serviced, create email campaigns and any kind of marketing tool to build your book of business.

Our client is seeking a results driven Remote Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through direct sales and referral partner relationships, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting their suite of services nationally without territorial restrictions, flexibility to choose three industries to sell within nationally that can be white, gray or blue collar. Our client is the only PEO that can write a deal for 1 or more work site employees and carve out any part of the PEO solution for their clients. You will play a key role in expanding their client base and enhancing their presence in the PEO and HR outsourcing markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing your own book through social media, ZoomInfo, telemarketing, email campaigns, referral partners and direct selling efforts within chosen industries nationally without any territorial restrictions.
  • Managing sales cycle from first meeting, follow ups, demos to close.
  • Continue building our referral partners such within insurance agencies, HCM, health, banking or any vertical.
  • Focus and meet new people, insurance agencies, and PNC's, meet the new companies and get new referral partners
  • Build out your book of business nationally with direct clients and referral channels.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions including HR services, payroll, risk management, and employee benefits with the flexibility to carve out any part of the solution, including a payroll only model.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline; manage leads and opportunities in CRM systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of PEO sales experience selling within any vertical

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

  • Self-starter with high energy, motivation, and a hunter mindset.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

  • Must have referral partners they can work with and expand on.
