Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the Utility Engineering and Construction business, is hiring an Office Support / Receptionist for our Professional Services Group's Stafford, VA office. This is an entry level opportunity to work with our growing office.
In this role, you will:
Answer phones
Greet and sign in guests
Accept deliveries
Copy, scan, and file documents
Order office supplies
Perform other office duties as needed
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Reliability
Desire to learn and ability to learn quickly
Enjoys working in a support role and delivering high level customer service
Great computer and typing skills, including proficiency with Google Office Suite
Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
Passion for being organized
