This role is essential for ensuring the highest quality of legal software products built on the Salesforce platform. As a QA Engineer, you will design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies—including both manual and automated tests—to guarantee product reliability and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment, contributing to the entire software development lifecycle. Accountabilities: Write, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and test plans for new features and product updates. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern frameworks to support continuous testing. Identify, report, and track defects, providing clear recommendations for product improvements. Collaborate with development, product management, and delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Perform risk assessments and impact analyses for software applications. Manage multiple testing projects independently while ensuring clear communication of priorities. Work closely with Customer Support to triage and resolve complex application issues. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in QA roles with solid expertise in both manual and automated testing. Proven ability to write test cases, build test plans, and execute testing processes effectively. Hands-on experience with modern automation tools such as Playwright or Cypress. Comfortable working in a dynamic Agile/Scrum environment with a team-oriented mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear articulation of issues and impact. Ability to coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and projects. Preferred skills: Experience with Cypress and Playwright (2+ years). Familiarity with Salesforce platform and associated debugging and test management tools. Proficiency in SQL queries for test data creation.
